The Enrollment Process

Schedule Your Visit
We invite guardians and care coordinators to schedule a private tour of our primary facility in Pambala, Kakkapalliya. This onsite visit offers a firsthand look at our dedicated learning environments and allows you to experience our community setup.

Submit Your Application To initiate the process
Please complete our formal enrollment application via the secure Microsoft Form link below. Our welfare team will review the academic background and specific requirements of the child to determine how our educational support initiatives can best serve them.

Family Consultation (Connect)
Following the application review, we host an essential meet-and-greet session with the child and their caregivers. This consultation ensures that our structural resources and long-term educational goals are perfectly aligned with the student's individual needs.

Finalization and Enrollment (Confirm)
Upon successful evaluation, the placement is officially confirmed. The child is registered into the Dimuthu Foundation system, securing their spot, and we begin preparing all necessary educational materials and support systems for their arrival.

Admission Policies & Agreement
Before enrollment, guardians are required to review and acknowledge the following policies and procedures of Dimuthu Foundation.
The Dimuthu Foundation maintains an environment centered on dignity, respect, and safety for all children. By enrolling a child, guardians agree to encourage respect towards the Foundation's moral guidelines, administrative staff, and fellow students.
Any disruptive behavior, structural non-compliance, or misconduct by the child or guardian will be addressed through formal administrative reviews and may affect enrollment status.
To ensure systemic order, efficiency, and safety across educational support centers, guardians acknowledge that they have been fully briefed on daily schedules, arrival and departure hours, and standard operating procedures of the Foundation.
Official communication regarding educational drives or structural adjustments will be issued directly by the administration.
The Foundation prioritizes privacy regarding personal and sensitive information. All personal, background, and medical data shared during the application process will remain strictly confidential within institutional systems.
This information is collected solely to enhance child welfare, transparency, and customized educational support.
In the event of an unforeseen situation, illness, or operational disruption, the Foundation will activate standard safety protocols. Guardians are expected to keep emergency contact information active and updated within the Foundation database.
By signing below, I certify that I have thoroughly reviewed Dimuthu Foundation’s Policies and Procedures. I agree to cooperate with the administration, respect established regulations, and support the Foundation’s mission to champion children's welfare.
